Exposure risk

I have read a good bit on the forum and thank everyone for their expertise and help to those of us less knowledgeable and anxious.I understand you grow tired of the ignorance we display with the questions but without the knowledge it is difficult not to be anxious. My concern and questions are below.

I am concerned about several  exposures. I will leave out the part about how stupid I am for these actions. I was in Costa Rica on a bachelor  party and exposed my self to two prostitutes. The first night I fingered her butt from behind and we both masturbated ourselves. I had a latex glove (regular glove, not a real surgical glove) on but I used Nivea  (oil base cream) for lube. I did not notice any  breaks in glove and my finger appeared normal. That was it with her. Then the next 3 nights I was with the same prostitute (not the same  one from the first night). Each night with her I  fingered her approximately 10 minutes plus.I wore on my hand each time a real latex surgical glove.  This again was with Nivea cream, a lot of it. The glove appeared intact after each time.  I then had vaginal sex with a latex condom (name brand but bought in Costa Rica).  Her vagina had a lot of the Nivea oil based cream on and in it. I was very careful with sex to not penetrate her vagina passed the area where the condom protected  me (only  about 75% of the condom covered area was inside her). Sex  each time lasted 6-8 minutes. I removed the condom and it appeared intact but I did not check with filling it with water. I had several abrasions on my penis  from  the masturbating and sex throughout these exposures. These where pink and tender to touch but not bleeding.

At  2 weeks I  had a single circular lesion on my neck. Saw Dermatology and diagnosis was ring worm and the cream had a good initial response and improvement started in a couple days (I have never had this prior). Then 2 days  after the skin lesion I started with a lot of nasal congestion, some occasional sneezing and mild sore throat which has progressed to slight aches and cough and increased soar throat. I am 16 days post last exposure.

My concerns:
1) HIV risk with the above exposures?
2)My symptoms with the above exposures?
3)Use of oil based lube?
4) Need to test?
5)Afraid to have sex with my wife, due to above--Real concern?
6)Any other concern you think I should have?

Thank you in advance for you time and effort in responding.

I will state it straight--I appreciate any input but I have found your thoughts and advise  excellent. Do you agree with the assessment of your two colleagues on my concerns?

Thank you Life360 and Vance 2335 I appreciate your input. Sorry I was confused as presence or not of a fever in context of the details of my exposure and all the other symptoms seemed strange on if the risk of HIV was present or not. My understanding from your answers  is no risk.

I have not checked my temp but have felt warm with my other described symptoms. SORRY i am confused --if fever was present would any of your recommendations/answers change?

No. As if you get symptoms you would get a fever with it. And condoms are designed to break wide open not have little holes and such.

I read a lot about condom failure.  Small tears, small holes and pores caused by the oil based lube. These cause a lot of anxiety. Especially with the abrasions,  the perfectly timed (for acute symptoms of HIV) reasonably symptomatic soar throat, congestion, cough and muscle aches and neck lesion.  Any concern  with these issues?

Thank you.
