Exposure to Urine...

A couple of days ago I went to get a test at a clinic that also specializes in treating HIV patients.  While there, I needed to go to the bathroom.  When I lifted the lid, a bunch of urine rolled down from the top of lid onto my fingers.

I immediately washed my hands with soap and water and to my knowledge had no cuts on my fingers, nevertheless, I am now thinking that due to the client base of HIV+ patients, that the urine that I came in contact with might have potentially exposed me to HIV?

I have no idea how long the urine had been there and I do not know if that would make a difference.

Crazy? Hope so...but would like some input ..
