Exposures

Hi, I all in May 2012, i was going crazy, with a death in my family, to get rid of stress, i started visting CSW, Trans, and Massage parlouers many times, about 8 times. Each time, about 7 times, i got fisted annaly, vigorously during these expousres, one time i started to bleed, other expousrers were with Trans and CSW were them giving me handjobs. about 7 times, i finally went to psychristic and dealt with my stress, but a month after these exposures i got sick with dry cough and sore throat, in June 2012, i ignored it and have been ignoring it, but for the past six months i have had canker sores, cold, and serborric dermatsis, and cystic acne, which turns into serb derma when it heals, and leaves hyperpogmentation behind, i went to doc he said its folliculties, and gave me cream. I came home and searched it and it was associated with hiv, along with serb derma. now i have scalling circles on my palms, which are coming off, circles which i didnt have before, these blotches are causing unprecedented anxiety because it might be syphilis, due to HIV on my hands. Does HIV related blotches appear on one or both hands? I am very scared, fisting on my anal cavity was tramatic, and i suppose the blood from the CSW hand might have gone in my anal cavity. What should I do?
