Extremely Worried

I have bleeding gums which more so bleed a little after I've brushed my teeth, and I know I need to visit a dentist very soon. I had a dinner with a young lady(I think she was a young lady) who was 5'9 and wore a size 9 shoe(not thinking about all of that until after the date)..stupid me. We french kissed for about 10 seconds, and I spit most of the saliva out after the kiss. I have been abstinent without sex going on 3 years now, because I just want to be as safe as possible. I've developed a mild rash which is dark in color under my armpits, which may or may not be due to a roll on deodorant I was using. My doctor said that it wasn't an hiv rash, and was most likely due to the ingredients in the deodorant which was different than the ingredients in the deodorant I had normally used(dry solid invisible sauve or secret). My doctor ordered a rhiv dna test which scans directly for the virus 9-11 days after possible exposure. My temperature was 97.7, and I have no other symptoms related to hiv exposure. My skins itches, but the itching increases after I start thinking negative thoughts about hiv and hiv exposure. I hope I am ok. Can anyone give me any positive thoughts on this. Thankyou

Such a horrible disease that nobody should have. Trust in God and doing the right things prevent it from happening. Thanks for your response as1979.

Kissing is definitely not a risk for HIV. Symptoms do not mean anything as far as HIV is concerned. If ya have read posts here, 9 out of 10 people had visible symptoms of HIV and 10 out of 10 people tested negative.
