Am i +ve for HIV?? almost suicidal.

hi i am 20 yr old guy. i was in russia for a few years .In january this year i got drunk and stupidly went to a prostitute in russia. she gave me protected oral sex and vaginal protected sex. but i fingered her anus and also kinda of oral sex on her vigina for a couple of seconds.
after that in 1 week i had diarrhea for 3 days and also very bad cold and fever. but soon i got beter. when i came to home country  i started feeling scared and could not sleep for nights..moreover after that i also develped dry skin on my testicles which went away in 2 days. but soon i developed a ringworm infection on my buttock. i was am so scared i got tested in may which is almost 4 months later. the test was negative for HIV and STDs. but still i am very scared i am not able to study or concentrate on anything. i again got an ringworm on the same spot on my buttock and some other sort of fungal infection on my belly(which is gone now but the ringworm on my buttock is still ther) i am very scared.

is there a chance of me being positive for hiv.i have literally dying for the past 8 months. please advice me.

I promise you you're safe, believe me, if you were at risk someone would tell you. People are very straight forward about risky exposures and don't beat around the bush while pointing them out.

i am really scared cause of this scare and doubt i hvnt been able to work aleep or even eat properly for minths. i am goin crazy even a smal sneeze and i get all paranoid.

Symptoms mean nothing, you had protected sex so you haven't had any exposure as far as hiv is concern so no need to worry and oral doesn't spread hiv.
