Fear of exposure to hiv

Hi
I am 31 year old male from Sydney Australia. Recently I went to a massage parlour the massage just for massage but the lady offered me to have sexual intercourse. First we had protected oral sex and then I performed annlingus mostly outside but was not able to check if there were any openings, ulcers, or cuts as she held her legs together tight and I could not see much. I did that for about 5 min and then proceeded to have protected vaginal sex. I cummed in condom while i was inside her. I was completely relaxed for 4 days as I know this was not risky at all. But started with a sore throat and tight glands after the 4th day. I am very scared if by any chance I had came into any of her bodily fluids while performing annlingus and also when I brush my tooth bleeds but do not on that day if it was bleeding or not. I am scarred as hell.
I saw a doctor and she told me that my encounter was safe but she asked a question after she saw the throat whether we really had protected sex.
Please need your valuable advise

Don't need to apologise.. Really you didn't have a risk. Don't worry about you tooth. The saliva in your mouth would have neutralised the virus (if any).

You had protected sex. No risk. Bodily fluids are not infectious once its outside the body.
