hiv/std

Hello!  I'm a 41 yo male and in the past two months I picked up the same prostitute and received 2 or 3 unprotected oral sex with ejaculation in her mouth every time, she was older and I think she could of had false teeth and I never seen any sore on or around her lip, 3 weeks ago being the last encounter, so far I haven't seen any sores nor have I had any discharge or pain or burning when urinating and I cant really remember if I ever had a cold sore myself, the most  symptom I had was a little tingling in tip of penis yesterday , for one day, 3 weeks after encounter, do I have an hiv risk ? Should I get tested for hiv/std?
