Looking for some advice please....?
4 weeks ago I had oral and protected sex with a sex worker in West Africa. When I took my penis out I noticed the condom has came off. I think that happened once I took my penis out though, or I hope?!
I was feeling ok for about a week after until I started experiencing diarrhoea which has lasted for the last three weeks. I have had a reasonable soar throat, slight dizzy spells and two pimple like spots have just appeared, one on the palm of my hand and one on my lower back. Really really worried now.
