I know vaginal fluids are not a risk when is touched with a hand with wounds or cuts, but what about female ejaculation by finger stimulation? It is this fluid more like urine or vaginal lubrication?

It is very possible from any urine to get bacteria, viruses, and disease. If a guy accidently urinates inside the vagina. It can cause sickness. Same if a girl urinates all over the penis. Women's Ejaculation is not the same as a men, because the women Ejaculate from the bladder and out from the Urethral Opening. So Women ejaculation is actually urine.
