Fianl Reassurance

HIe.. Experts..

I am following this forum form many months and found very usefull and supporing data.. In my last possible exposure I was exposed to needle/lancet sharing with my friend who I had sex with.. my friend is sexualy active  and dont know about recent possible exposure..

My question is I had series of test to confirm very low pssoibilityy of HIV tranmission by Lancet or Needle sharing when status of other person is unknow.. 4th week PCR DNA + p24 antigen+antibody for Rambaxy , 6th week antibody rapid test..and 8th week PCR RNA detection+ combo Ag/Ab...

what are chances being infected and not captured in all tests i performed, according to my doctor there is no need of further testing..but still it is coming to my mind for final reassurance... Now I have completed 3 month for this incident but not feeling like testing again as no sure about my thought after this confirmation ?

should I go for the test and leave everything behind or forgett about final testing and as if there is no risk involved..

please help...
