recent high risk

Hi, am new to this forum but have been looking at the comments for the past 3 weeks since my exposure. I had protected sex with 2 different sex workers on 2 seperate occasions exactly 3 weeks ago.

The first experience was fully protected and condom remained intact throughout. The second time, the condom made a small rupture on the side, my penis opening was not exposed and i realised the tear immediately and stopped the sex and washed.

Normally I would consider this a reasonably low risk but after 3 days I started having a strange sensation in my tongue with slight burning in my throat. I started becoming anxious and searching early HIV symptoms and this seemed to fit. On day 6 I started feeling light headed and a bit weak with some small cold head sweats. Day 7 and 8 I had no appetite and many cold sweats. No fever. I recovered by day 9 and started eating and feeling ok with occasional spontaneous sweats. It is now 3 weeks and I seem to be feeling lightheaded and having facial numbness periodically. No night sweats, no fever. My lymph nodes under right jaw are mildly swollen. The sore throat has remained throughout with some bleeding on day 8 or 9.

During this period my urine is dark and stools loose (but not watery)

Today I have noticed a small rash on trunk and genital area (small red blotches - not itchy) I have had the genital rash before (I have some excema skin conditions) and so Im trying not to be too concerned about this.

I am very concerned with these symptoms doctor, I will get tested at 6 weeks to see the status. From the symptoms described, what is your thoughts on this.

THroughout this time, anxiety has been very high and Im aware this may have some bearing on the symptoms.

Many thanks in advance for your answer.

Symptoms will never tell you anything about HIV.
