Pin or some thing prick

Dear sirs,

When I was visit to local Medical Center for my blood check up and after the report from them one of the male nurse hit my shoulder by his hand and the same time I realised some punctured pain in my shoulder later I came to home and see that area it was some punctured.
My question his while the nurse hit my shoulder he does an have any syringe but some ring are there  in this case apart from syringe any other pin can transmit HIV infection.
I know this question get irritation any How I want to released my stress, please help me

It's NOT a risk because air inactivates the virus.  Only way that people get HIV is from unprotected vaginal or anal sex (penetrating) and sharing of IV drug needles.  You didn't have a risk, end of story.
