please help me and suggest a test.

During the frottage if the penis slides into vagina twice for 4-5 seconds each (I think half the head of the penis was exposed into vagina not full) what is the risk of HIV?
(I didn’t have sex with her, only frottage and fingering).
I am male 35 uncircumcised, contact with sex worker.
Starting 3rd day of exposure,  I had diarrhea for a week, fatigue, weight loss and loss of appetite. Swelling around neck comes and goes off..

1. Can the symptoms show up as early as 3 days?
2. If this is all the unprotected contact, should be worried of hiv?
3. If the symptoms are due to infection, DNA PCR should pick up the infection at this point?

1-Hy HIV Symptoms does not appear in three days. It takes minimum two weeks to six week.
2-Your chance of HIV transmission is very low.
3-DNA PCR it takes 12 days. If you are in great anexity then DUO test (P24 antigen+antibody)after 28 days of expousre  is the best solution to you.

I know i didn't penetrate her, but concerned if there was a dipping for 3-4 seconds, which can be classiffied under penetration which puts me at risk.

If you say, that dipping of 3-4 second is no risk then I wont worry about testing.

If you didn't penetrate then it was frottage and frottage is not a risk of HIV transmission.

If you penetrated and there is no why you wouldn't have known then you put yourself at risk.

Teak, I read the posts here, you certainly are the expert.

Yes, I didn't have sex with her, I just rubbed the penis once, and at this time, i have a doubt that I pushed it for a small time 3-4 seconds (i didn't push the entire penis), May be half the head...

am I at risk of HIV from this small contact?

Your title of the this thread is misleading. You stated Frottage, which if it had been frottage there would have been no penetration what-so-ever. 3 months is when you can obtain a conclusive negative HIV test result as for other STDs which are easier to contract you'll need to ask about those tests in the STD Forum.

Why a difference in advise
http://www.medhelp.org/posts/HIV-Prevention/frottage-and-possible-dippingfor-a-split-second-/show/123767

my situation is same as this link above.

If the exposure, (touching the vaginal lips, may be one dip for 3-4   seconds. No sex, as far as I remember.. ) I was protected most of the time during frottage, heard the popup didn't pay attention. that's the only 3-4 second time, I was in contact..

I am in great anxiety, and mood disorder... some times I feel I am okay and at times I really get scared.

1. I took DNA PCR and Antibody at 23rd day, waiting for the results.
if this is negative, can I stop worrying?

2. Do I really have to test again at 3 months?

3. I am in Canada, they dont have DUO.

4. Scheduled a rapid test today, day 25.

Please reply. THanks.
