Whats the risk of exposure

I want to ask this for knowlwdge sake, If a Mosquitoes which has just bitten an HIV infected person and dies on an open wound of another person and the blood from the infected person's body (carried by the mosquito) splashes on the open wound. Can it pose a risk of exposure.
