I am freaking out. please help.

Dear Doctor, I am a male from australia. 10 days ago, I made a huge mistake in my life.. I went out with a guy i know from internet. After dinner together, we have oral sex... The episode was that we kissed each other,, then he start sucking my ****.. then I sucked his **** for 10 seconds,, then I kissed him again.. after that, he sucked my **** until i cum in his mouth.. ... I don't know his status of HIV... I read that the risk from receiving oral sex is very low. but I sucked his **** 10-20 seconds, does that count as giving oral sex???? and because i sucked his **** and then kissed him.. when he suck my **** again, would his situation increases my risk?? should i get tested???  all the kissed are wet.. so I am so worried.. it has been 13 days.. I don't sleep well and my left jaw is soar and a little bit swelling...  could you please help???

studies have proven the risk is almost non existent. the mouth doesn't contain the cell types that hiv infects (well, only in tiny numbers) - plus the protective quality of saliva. he didn't cum in your mouth either - so therefore double NO risk! i'm so sure you no chance to get infected here.

Thanks for your reply which really makes me feel better. But I also checked other website. Why they claim oral sex carries lower risk then other sexual activities, but still not risk free. Especially performing oral sex. Why do you guys so sure about the "no risk"? Would like to hear your point of view! Cheers.

no risk of hiv from these activities, but other sti's can be transmitted from oral sex w/o condom.

Thanks for your reply,,
what if there was some pre-cum in his mouth? as I sucked his **** (10 sec) then had french kiss (10 sec) with him before he performing oral sex for me??  I read that the saliva kills HIV, but it takes some time i believe. should I get tested?
