Blood over condom and little bit stain on penis after sex with a csw in singapore

8 hours back I went to a massage parlour in singapore.. that chinese csw gave me oral sex without condom for 2-3 mins then put on condom .. she did oral again over condom and then i had a urge for intercourse .. she was resisting and asking for oral only..but i insisted and did intercourse .. she was in pain and telling me that she is having pain.. when we were done and i was removing the condom and there was blood on it.. condom was also red color so i don't know hiw much blood was there but white wet wipe had blood stains when i hold condom with it..i removed the condom and took a new wet wipe and wiped my penis with it.. there was a small stain of blood on wipe .. not sure it was at the bottom of my penis or top.. i forgot to check if the condom was broken.. i asked her if she has her menses and she refused.. she could not speak much english but told me that she usually does oral sex or handjob and due to intercouse she had pain and thats why there is blood.. and told me that she is having intercourse for the first time ( which i dont believe as there were 4-5 such parlours in a row and it looked more like a commercial sex place).. now i am worried if there is any risk of me getting hiv or any other infection .. should i start pep treatment or get hiv test done .. please help.. m married with a kid and do not want my family to know about it or to transmit anything to my wife.. please help me

Condom breaks are rip down the seam so you would notice it even if you didn't look hard.

Good news, you have zero risk for HIV.

You can't get HIV if you used a latex condom during vaginal.
HIV is inactivated in saliva and air which means it can't infect from oral which includes kissing. So those are 2 reasons you had zero risk. Double zero risk.
No one in 40 years of history got HIV from oral.  Even with blood, lactation cuts, rashes, burns etc saliva and air do not allow inactivated virus to infect, so you had zero risk.
