Yes and 13 week is good enough. So I say... 13 week HIV Non Reactive... Is good and move on with life...Anyone agree ??

Yes, humans are bound to commit mistakes, and that is the reason for all of us to be here. Mistakes are good, if we learn from, and do not repeat them. But the problem is, sometime one does not get a second chance.
We make mistakes because we're human. It doesn't make the mistake right though. You'd need to look at the psychology of sexual relationships to get a handle on it.
