Question

my gf and I have been having unprotected sex for about a few months now and I have been tested for S Tis which came back negative and am planning on getting tested for HIV soon. She is going to get all of her testing done in July, but I was wondering, if we had unprotected sex while she was on her period and she came back negative for her tests then everything would be okay right? I saw no blood on my penis after sex and there was none on the towel we laid down?

I'm kind of confused by your wording. I can only get an STI or an STD by having nprotected sex on her period right?

No. Unprotected sex puts you in to a risk of acquiring STIs, irrespective of your partner being or not being in her menstrual cycle.

For more specific details, post your STI concerns in the appropriate forum.

and final question, I can only get STDs from having sex with a gf on her period right? It wouldn't do any damage to my penis in any other way right?

yeah I was tested for HIV before her and was negative. So I know that I don'y have it. She has Lyme disease and had a western blot test done after Xmas break. She said nothing came up after the test. Does the western blot for Lyme detect HIV antibodies in it?

If neither of you come back positive after your tests then you do not have anything, but you need to get tested first.
