Highly unlikely that you were at risk because hiv is not transmitted in that manner.If i were you i would report this idiot to the police so they can take the matter further.All the best.

What i understand from what you say you either

Was attacked from someone that was hiv positive. As to assault you....there is no risk..... no risk from fighting or bare knuckle, fist fights.

OR

Someone deliberately spell blood on you and he was hiv +
