Diarrhea after six weeks

    I'm a chinese , 28 years old . 6 weeks ago , I had an unprotected vagina sex with a girl I known from internet who is not a sexworker . After 3 weeks , I have serious aiarrhea , water-like , 2 times per day  and for 2 days .

I check something about HIV and totally scared . And I took that girl to do the rapid test after 4 weeks and both got negtive result .
Now I had done a test for 6 weeks , but after that still diarrhea and I lose weight for about 10% these days .
    My question is :
How much can be sure for a rapid test fot that girl ?
Do I need test again ?

I read some article of DR HHH . He said if one take a 4 weeks DUO test check and got a negtive , he could be safe . if use the antibody only ELISA test , it should be 8 weeks . I want to know if I take a DUO test in the 7th week , is that mean I'm safe as a 8 weeks antibody only ELISA ? cause I check that antigen may cannot be checked and also the antibody . I want to do aDUO teat next week , please let me know if I'm totally safe after that test got a negtive .

It is highly unlikely that a negative result at 6 weeks will turn positive later on.Take an Elisa antibody test now.

So , an antibody test after 6 weeks , maybe in the 7th or 8th week , make one almost safe ?
I know this question is a little Immature , but I really want to know how many people become positive after a 6-weeks' negtive result ? As the person is heathy .
  thank you very much !

There's no advantage to taking a DUO at this point- an antibody test NOW is just as accurate.

LIZZIE LOU ,as I didn't do a DUO in 4th week , Do you think whether a DUO will be a little better than a antibody test ?  As DRhhh think it's better to test antibody for 8 weeks and as I understand it wiil be the same as 4 weeks DUO .
I really suffer a lot for the waiting ...

Since it's already my 7th week , I want know if I should choose DUO test . And if I get a DUO negtive , it's that make me safe ?
you know it's really a suffering to wait for 3 months without any test .

since you are at 6 plus weeks post exposure...a simple and inexpensive antibody test will suffice.
