i had sex before 6 months and 24 days  .... i did an HIV COMBO Test  


this is my result test :

human immunodeficient virus 1 , 2 Ag Combi , serum          0.290

Normal Range: Negative : 1.00


do i have HIV ?  or i am ok and clear ?

Hello Mr. Healthadvisory i got the same result. I had protected sex with Thai prostitute girl in Thailand on 21 March 2015 approx 100days before and on 29 June 2015 i did HIV Combi HIV p24 antigen and anti HIV antibody 1 &2. Fourth generation ECLIA Cobas 6000. And the reports came out with HIV 1 & 2 Non Reactive (0.290). The sex was protected with condom but i kissed her on lips one time. So should i need more test after 6 months and what is the meaning of this number (0.290)?

Dude, relax you are Clear, I already told you  , you dont have HIV according to those results.

The combo test is an antigen and antibody test. Any antibody test done at 3 months is conclusive. You have a 6 months antibody test...you are negative.
