Abnormal Blood Differential 27 Days After Possible Exposure

Hello,

Is abnormal blood differential an indicator of acute HIV infection? I went to doctor's office to get CBC at 27th day of the possible exposure. The lab result reveals that my neutrophil is high and lymphocytes is low, even by absolute count. I'm afraid it could be possible that was caused by HIV virus killing my CD4 cells. I had another CBC 6 years ago and the result back then was perfect in normal ranges. Here is the data. Can someone help please? Thanks.

WBC: 10.6 (10^3)
Neutrophil: 77.8% = 8,247 abs
Lymphocytes: 15.2% = 1,611 abs

I appreciate your response but after the act, i filled the condom with water i saw a little drop of water from the tip. It was not so significant though, Also the whole act lasted for about a minute or so. Should i still be worried?

Thanks for getting back on my question. I went to an Oral Quick Rapid testing today, which is 6 weeks + 1 day. The result was negative. It's encouraging. I think I'll need to do that again on 3 months mark. By the way, the possible exposure was oral sex on a man. I happened to find another CBC record dated back a year ago, and it turns out my Lymphocites was about the same level. It's on the low end of the range. That's interesting. I peronally think I'm very healthy. Is CD4 count kind of a measurement as to how well your immune system is?

Your blood count means nothing regarding your HIV status.

If you are concerned, have an HIV test.
