HIV DUO Quick (p24 & abc)

Dear Dr. I had sex with a prostitute on June 13, 2008 at UAE. I don't know her HIV Status (I think she may HIV +). I had used condom. The sex was viginal intercourse.  But I have doubt how much safe I got from that Condom. This was my first and last in my life. I had HIV Screen tested at 8 weeks. It came out Negetive. Agian done a HIV 1&2 Antibody (Elisa) at 9 months. It has also came out Negetive (0.02). After that a HIV DUO Quick (p24 &abc) test had also done in the 11 weeks (Result: Negetive 0.06). Finaly at the 13 months again done a HIV DUO Quick (p23&abc) (Result - Negetive 0.07). All the tests are done in a private lab. So I don't know the reality of these tests. 8 weeks after the exposure skin problem started in my body espicially back side and armphits. From the lase 3 months still the problem continue.  I met a doctor and the medicine continue. Now the black and brown rashes are spreded in my body (back side and armphit). A little throt infection also I am suffering (Dry cough). I have also discussed with my doctor about my sex which was happend first in my life on June 13, 2008. The HIV DUO Quice test at 11 weeks done as per the advice of my doctor. He told me the rashes are not connecting with HIV. But I am very much worry about that I am infected. The all sympthes are connecting with HIV Sympthem which I am still suffering from the last 3 months. Taking medicine but it is still. Doctor please help me.
