i have went last month with African prostitute i had protected sex with two condoms and she suck my dick  and i have put my finger inside of vaginal and i suck her boobs also
after two weeks i have noticed small two  pimples on my dick and red spot on my pennies head   please can any one suggest me what after one month i went hospital i did HIV and std test its negative

i am super worried please advice

Protected vaginal sex, unprotected receptive oral, fingering and boob sucking, none of them puts you at HIV risk. You never needed a test because your exposure was non existent, and it will always come negative because you did not expose yourself to the risk.
