hiv body aches

hello. Recently i found out my dad had hiv and im kind of worried because 4 weeks ago he had some scabs on his arm and i applied ointment on it for him (wearing gloves)  and that was it but then a week later i got a cold which had me coughing for the whole day but 2 -3 days later it was gone after some tea and etc. But still had a stuffy nose so went to the doctor and he said i have nasal congedtion nd was predcribed nasal spray. days after i started thinking what if i caught this disease. I got so worried that the next day i went to get tested for hiv and it was negative. But was told check again in 90 days. I still coukdnt stay calm started searching up the web for signs and Started to think maybe i have it. I started freaking out heart was racing , couldnt think just the worse. I stopped taking the nasal spray and my papltions stopped a lil but since last week ive been having body aches and been in and out the hospital causr om worried. Did blood test cat scan everything fine. i have eczema and a hital hernia but no weird rash or fever. Just body aches which i think i alwsys had but now more noticable and to add i had dirreah on and off. I dont know if this is just strrss related or not. And sadly my dad passed away the next day i had put the ointment. So pleasr help. Im 23 years old married and with a 1 year old son.

I would of but didn't get a chance cause when I found out that night he died the next morning. But it's okay. I'm just still concerned about the body aches, could it be stress related cause it's all over
