HIV PEP delayed seroconversion symptoms

I completed HIV PEP 4 days ago after a 30 day treatment for a needlestick.  Today I have a fever. This is 34 days after exposure.  Is there a chance that symptoms are from the drug?  Could this be a sign of seroconversion?  When can I be tested for HIV?

Biopsy of a patient. Gloved. Blood inside glove. Stick in finger. Patient HIV positive.  Low (50) viral load.

PEP can cause many symptoms. Your fever is not HIV related at this time. You can test 3 months after your last does of PEP.

What are the circumstance surrounding the needle stick?
