HIV Paranoia O_O

Lol Okay, so I have a nose piercing and have questions about it. I got my nose pierced by a woman who did not use gloves, only soaked the earring/nose-ring in alcohol, cleaned the inside and outside of the piercing site with alcohol as well and used a gun (the kind where the earring is what is pushed into the site, not the needle then earring one).
Risky or unsafe?

Some people are saying piercings are portals for transmission until they've healed completely, being that they're considered open wounds. When I got my nose pierced, I was informed to clean and turn my piercing daily. So here's the deal, I was so eager when I got it that I showed off  and touched it and played with it all the time. All in school and all that. If I came into contact with fresh HIV positive fluids and touched it would I be at risk for transmission.

Also; one day after I got it, this girl snagged it when she touched it (I have no idea why she touched it; didn't even ask). (Thank goodness it healed properly)

Am I Overreacting?

The body.com like to scare people but they are wrong. If having a piercing was a genuine risk then half the world would have HIV.

But on www.thebody.com some doctors are saying that there is always a small chance.

Yes you are over reacting. There has never been anyone infected with HIV from piercings and you won't be making history.
