HIV RISK FROM FINGERING WITH PEELED FINGER AND CRACKED CUTICLE

Can peeled finger and cracked cuticle allow hiv virus to pass when doing fingering??
2 weeks later,developed some rashed on the back but cleared after a week or so.

You didn't have a risk so it is not related to ARS.

so the rash I got after about 2 weeks not related with ARS

I am satisfied by your answer.

I was a bit scared because the back of the finger had peeled though not bleeding at the time and the cuticle had cracked. and I inserted it in a girls V.

hiv can only infect a very few, very specific types of cells. these cells are not found in your finger. if you had a cut on your finger larger enough, open enough and bleeding enough to be a real pathway to cells that hiv CAN infect, believe me, you wouldn't be sticking it into some woman's vagina.

No you cannot contract HIV from fingering.
