HIV and different types of sexual behaviour

Hello, I would like to ask a few questions because there are many varying pieces of information out there on the Internet.
1. Is HIV transmitted every time during anal sex?
2. Does a condom always prevent?
3. Is that true that there is no risk of getting infected during oral sex?
4. Is kissing with some sores and cuts in the mouth dangerous?

Thank you for your answers.

thats not a low risk. its not like playing roulette.

the risk is higher if the giver is positive.

its not so much a plague,  but in countries with lower health standards, sanitation, education etc etc, it seems to be easier in spreading. for example in some countries they believe that the cure for it is to have sex with a virgin.
Also many thousands of people were infected by blood tranfusion, drug using mothers gave it to their babies etc etc.

Thank you, this helps.

Only  1:100 or 1:200 during anal sex? That's astonishing because HIV is being told to be a plague nowadays. If the risk is so low, why there are so many HIV-positive people?

Sorry for bad English.
