HIV RISK???

Hi all,
Recently I shared a cigarette with an unknown stranger in a club. However at that point of time I had a broken and bleeding lips and i did not notice whether there was any blood on the cigarette or whether the guy who i shared the cigarette with had bleeding lips or ulcers or not.Do I have any HIV risk if the guy(assuming he is HIV positive) has bleeding lips and his blood came into contact with my bleeding lips and entered my bloodstream?do I need to go for a test?

Thank you very much.

Sorry Teak, just one last question I promised..if i were to drink alcohol before that would that change your risk assessment of this situation?because alcohol can thin out blood?thank you very much. So sorry to waste some more of your time...
