Any risk under this circumstance?

Some days ago I got a wound on my leg, and I use wet tissue which is passed by a sex worker(not very sure) to clean that wound (not fresh, about 5 hrs after I got this wound).

My question is: if this tissue is contaminated by body fluid (for example, saliva) or even blood of that sex worker, and I use it cleaning my wound, do I suffer any risk under this circumstance?

Again, you're just repeating the same questions.

This was my answer to you....

Unless you had UNPROTECTED vaginal or anal sex, OR shared IV drugs, you never had an HIV risk.

Condom protected sex without breakage is NOT a risk for HIV.  YOU NEVER HAD AN HIV RISK!  Kindly move along.

In other words, if I have no history of sex(even protected), blood transmission or taking drugs, am I totally free of any risk?

You're just repeating the same questions.  Unless you had UNPROTECTED vaginal or anal sex, OR shared IV drugs, you never had an HIV risk.  You can NOT get HIV from a break in the skin being exposed to genital secretions, end of story.

I would recommend addressing your anxiety with a professional.

Forgive my infinite questions but it's really the last one! Please relieve me!

In other words, if I have no history of sex(even protected), blood transmission and drugs, I'm totally free of any risk?

Thank you!

The last question:

it can not be transmitted this way because in simple words the virus does not survive in the open air.

You are welcome

Why virus stop reproducing if it exposed outside human body(in wet tissue here) for a very short time and still wouldn't reproduce even it contacts open wound? If I have no history of sex, blood transmission and drugs, I'm totally free of risk?

Thanks again for your patience because I'm living in paranoid these days

Thanks for your patience, my last confirmation is: any possibility that some little virus on that tissue is still alive because of short time, and when it contacts bleeding wound the virus reproduce again in the blood?

No you don't because HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host, except under laboratory conditions. HIV does not survive in the open air.

I remembered that I cleaned that wound very hard and I don't know if I broken that wound. If so, do I still have no risk in the condition of open wound contacting fluid or even blood (although not very sure)?

Hello,
what you describe  is a non risk incident . Hiv can only be transmitted through :
-unprotected vaginal or/and anal penetration
-from mother to child
-by sharing drug works
