Will I be a HIV-Positive in future?

Before seven months I had sexual acitivity with a prositute but I used condom at that time. Before one week I was very worried about that,so I accept an Bloodcheck in the officially CDC of Dresden.Doctor said I was all right and show me the result of "Negative“ 。But I was more feared about the posibility of "Wrong Negative” even the posibility was very little.Although the doctor promised that they didn't do anything wrong and the result was definitely reliable. But I still want to know ,whether the posibility of "Wrong Negative" exists. Will "Wrong Negative" happens to me? I was very anxious during these days and don't know how to continue my life. Please ,could some one help me?

Your doctor is correct. In English, the term is "false negative".  False negative HIV tests do not occur except when done too soon, i.e. before a few weeks. Your negative result at 7 months is conclusive:  you do not have HIV.

Sorry for using the wrong word.I think that in German the word "falsch" has the same meaning of "wrong".
Thanks for your response! I will cheer myself up in the following days.
