Good news, you have zero risk for HIV and wasted your time testing.
HIV is instantly inactivated in saliva and it is also inactivated in air which means it can't infect from oral . So those are 2 reasons you had zero risk. Double zero risk.
No one in 40 years of history got HIV from oral. Even with blood, lactation cuts, rashes, burns etc saliva and air do not allow inactivated virus to infect, so you had zero risk.
Only the head of your penis needs to be covered by the condom and when they break it is down the seam and hugely visible to anyone. Only sex risks are unprotected anal or vaginal which you didn't have. Everything you describe is classified as either air or oral contact or both, even if you think it wasn't.
