Do I have HIV?

I had unprotected sex and the next day I had A LOT of vaginal discharge. Three day after intercourse I went to my OB/GYN they did test and it came back positive for Chlamydia. I was given Azithromycin 1g, which I took 6 days after intercourse. On the sixth day I was also very nauseous and had some abdominal cramps. On the seventh day I woke up with a sore throat and terrible pain in my ear when I swallow. I also experienced some body aches. The eighth day the ear pain is worse and is consistently noticeable, but all other symptoms are gone. Could these be “flu like symptoms” that accompany HIV??
Thanks in advance

Too early. You can take a duo test after 28 days for a conclusive result.
Try ot relax until 28 since nothing is pointing toward you having HIV. The first step to relaxing is to stop Googling symptoms cold turkey because there is no useful diagnostic information there, and you will only get more anxious hunting for answers that only a test can provide. HIV doctors can't diagnose from symptoms so you will not be able to either.
