HIV Risk?

Short story is that a guy ejaculated on my chest and I had a pimple that I had picked. I used a towel and wiped the semen off my chest. Showered afterwards. Also received oral and there was toingue to anus contact. What are my risks?

A couple days later I had a groin rash outlining my testicle's sac and it went away fairly quick. 2 weeks later a light rash started on my chest, some burning in the groin area. The rash has now (6 weeks) spread to my neck, face, shoulders and now back. Tested 7 days after exposure and naturally it came back clean, as well as all other STD's. The Dr (Family Dr) says rash is not associated with early HIV. Minor sore throat off and on last couple of weeks (4-6 weeks). No fever, some aches in muscles, etc., but nothing terrible. No flu no sores, just a growing rash (flushed)and one case of water diahrea after a solid bowel movenent (lighter in color). Also developed a watery blister on my lower belly that was approx 2-3 mm. Day later it broke and no more showing up. Still having burning sensation in my groin/legs

Naturally Im freaked out and not super confident that my Dr has much expereince with possible HIV. Treating rash with sterioids (7) and no improvement. In a couple of places the rash has devloped very small pimples 9pin head 0r less). Talked to a HIV hotline and they said if I havent' gotten really sick or no fever, i should be good, but still would test. I read here that after 6 weeks the test is fairly accurate and have tested  again and waiting results.

Thougths to my risks?

To follow up, I went ahead and had another test at 6.5 weeks post incident. My report says HIV Antigne/Antibody (designed to detect P24 antigen). Other Observation and Reference interval (not sure wht these mean) were both non reactive. I will test one more time @ 3 months.

What makes it so hard, is that I'm at 7.5 weeks post incident and I've got this neck/face rash that it 3 weeks old. And yes I know you can't identify by symptom, but it makes your mind wonder.

Anyways, I wanted to report my findings. Thanks for assessing my risk and commmenting.

You never had an exposure and you don't need testing.

I was under the impression that it could happen with cuts/openings in the skin with semen or blood. I'll know more after Monday when I get my results back from 6+ from possible exposure to something. I understand that after 6 weeks the results should be fairly accurate, still needing to test back at 3 months.

No risk at all from this exposure, HIV is only tranmited inside the body.

Your symptoms are due to something else.
