Hello Dr. I have slept with a prostitute she gave me oral sex without a condom and then I made the vaginal sex with protection and the condom is in place for a minute he did not slip tell me is that ca represents a risk or not I am stressed thank you
No risk in regards to HIV.

thank you sir for your return another question if you allow so if I understand this is not necessary to make an HIV screening test for this act since my report is protected and the condom remained intact without accident
malbat has given you accurate advice regarding your risk for HIV. You do NOT have to test. Oral sex can be a risk for other sexually transmitted diseases and its recommended you test for those. For further questions regarding STD's, please post on the STD Forum.
