HIV SCARE!

Hello Doctors, I visited a sex worker 2 weeks ago and engaged in protected oral and vaginal sex. However due to a moment of folly, I went down on her and licked her genital once and pulled away immediately for fear of contracting anything. Assuming I have a ulcer in the inside of my cheek, how would you guys ***** the risk of my exposure?
Thanks. Badly worried.

You have no reason to believe you have a risk of contracting HIV whatsoever from this exposure. HIV is spread only by sharing on IV drugs, mother to child birth or breastfeeding and unprotected vaginal/anal sex. It can not be transmitted outside the human body as it does needless of the ulcer or cut in your mouth.

No risk, move on.

Did you bother to read what joggen said? You did not have an exposure. If you are concerned about your canker see your doctor.it has nothing to do about HIV.

Thanks joggen again for the reply.
I have been trying to convince myself that I am safe as the fact is I had only licked the outside of the vagina and as much as i could remember, it was dry and tasted of antiseptic (because of what, i dont know).
I also read that HIV virus doesnt survive once exposed to air and saliva in the mouth contains certain properties that deactivate the virus to prevent infection.
However, the truth remains that I was having an ulcer in the inside of my cheek at that time and I can't shake away the idea that I'd most likely get infected because of that.
For the sake of my sanity, can anyone be so kind to comment on what I think and if what I said is possible?
Thanks in advance!

HIV is transmitted by:

Unprotected vaginal or anal sex
Sharing injection drug equipment
Mother to infant

You don't fall into those categories and whatever you read on other websites was incorrect.

Thanks to jeolipod and joggen for the advise.
If it doesnt take up much of you guys time,
on top of telling me plainly no, can i be told how come mine wouldnt be considered a risk? I read on other websites that oral and protected sex isnt HIV-safe what's more is that I have a ulcer in my mouth when i licked her that one time.
Not trying to be  nuisance, just want to be enlightened to have a peace for my mind.
Thanks.

I just thought that the ulcer provides the perfect entrance for the hiv virus to enter my bloodstream to get me infected. Is there really no reason to worry bout hiv? Even for the protected oral and vaginal sex I had?
