HIV/STD risk from encounter with escort

Hi, I made a big mistake in Vegas as I had a few drinks too many and hooked up with an escort.  Even in my inebriated state, I do recall that she first tried to arouse me with her hand by rubbing her hands over my penis, then she put on a condom and gave me oral, followed by vaginal intercourse with the condom.  I also recall sucking her nipples, but no kissing and no giving oral or fingering.  After I came, I took off the condom and she gave me a wet towel to clean off my penis.  Based on my description, it appears that there was no risk, but my only recollection of any risk was that during the wiping.  If there were any vaginal secretions on the shaft of my penis, I wiped that down first with the wet towel, then proceeded to wipe the tip of my penis, possibly causing cross contamination.

1 day after the incident, I had diarrhea. 2 days after, started getting burning feeling on the head of my penis, but no sores.  Also 2 days after the incident, started getting sore throat.  Now it is 5 days post exposure and I still have sore throat and burning feeling on the penis.

Are my symptoms related to HIV or any STD related infection?  In particular, ARS, oral/genital  chlamydia/gonorrhea, genital herpes, syphilis, ngu?

You do not have an HIV concern without being HIV positive you aren't having symptoms of ARS.

Thanks, then is there a risk of cross contamination of STD bacteria from shaft of penis to tip during the clean up?

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child
