Your current test value means nothing but you are HIV negative. That value is called as the index value and can change with every time you test being negative. There are several factors that influences that value e.g. the time of the day, the technology used, apparatus used, temperature of the body etc. However, the important thing that you need to know is that; as long as that value is below the cut off denomination - You are negative.
