Kiss deep wih a HIV. I have some of canker sores

Dear , I am really worried about the infection of HIV.

I kissed deep with a HIV last tuesday. As I have some of canker sores, I am really worried.  I am not sure if the HIV has the mouse sores.  From our country CDC, some tell it is no need to test, but some tell need to do a test after 3 monthes.I am really worried.

I find a answer for a patient Dave  form Dr.Hook, he said:"I'll first answer your question and then have a comment.  The answer is very easy.  HIV is not transmitted by kissing, deep or otherwise and the presence of mouth sores, bleeding lips, gum disease , etc do not change this.  No one has ever gotten HIV by kissing of any sort.  You do not need to worry about this and certainly do not need testing."

is it really ?

" We get many questions about kissing and oral exposure and whether or not the presence of a cold sore, bites to the lip, gum disease or other wounds in or around the mouth changes the answer to the question.  The answer is no.  The data which define the absence of any risk of getting HIV through kissing, deep or otherwise has be generated through studies of thousand and thousands of persons, some of whom had cold cores, cuts, etc.  There is no risk. hello, you mentioned that kissing is not a risk of hiv transmission. seanjiang's post stated that even you have these kinds of sores in the mouth or wound still you cannot acquire hiv. i am just confused because i know that if there is an open wound or let say a portal of entry a person can acquire the virus. it is somehow contradicting to the statement above, can you please enlighten me about my confusion? thank you..

Teak, So much appreciate your answer!

Reviewing the question about kissing in forum,  no one think the infection is possible and my anxiety become low.
But I decide to do a test afther 4 weeks, i really am worried from time to time and my life is going to be  terrible. Only the test result can help me end up this heart knot. 3 monthes is supported by my country offical, 6 weeks is supported by most of docter, 4 weeks is supported by some of docter if using the fourth-generation reagent.

is it dependable for the 4 weeks?
