HIV Testing

I tested negative at 180 days by finger prick Oraquick Rapid advance test
I tested negative at 200 days by use of Oraquick Rapid advance oral swab
I had recieved unprotected oral sex on Aug 1st from 2 different CSW (one in am and one in pm) and protect sex with pm one as well and assume she used latex condum since she supplied it and I did not look at it.
My questions is this
I have had a rash since Aug 28th and no one can figure out what it is
It is now starting to go away buthere are my questions
1) could my viral load be so low that my test came back negative?
2) would it be likely to show negative 6 & 7 months after exposure, is this enough time?
3) how long should I have waited to test?
4) are these 2 types of test reliable and accurate?
5) i am developing white coating on tongue, is this HIV related?
6) am I being unrealistic of still possibly having HIV?
7) I tested at the county HIV screening & prevention clinic so I assume they should give me accurate results since they are attempting to stop outbreaks (would they still be honest if you tell them you just wanted to get tested without telling them exposure)

thanks in advance for answering all my questions
