Yes thank you sir, good to be positive
I dont see why? You have had 2 negative tests ( The Doctors would say thats conclusive ) but this forum has a standard of CDC guide lines. The 2 negative tests, well bank them, be happy and when you go for your 3 months test, you have the confidence the results are very unlikely to change. Be Happy you have negative results.
Thank you
I'm scared now ... Again
They go by their own experience and test many people.Despite their thoughts the CDC still stipulate 3 months. The DUO has been used in the UK for a good while now and their is talk that the testing window may get reduced, but that said 3 months currently is the conclusive date.
If you read freedom healths post regarding the DUO, you will see Dr Cummings is a big advacate of them and it seems now the US experts, having used them, now have the same confidence.
Thank you, do you know why the doctors in the same site advice otherwise?
You have to pay though.
Any thoughts?
Hi thanks for input
The incident was penetrative with unknown status partner being the top
Some doctors here say that 6 weeks 4th gen is conclusive
Is it not the case?
Get the test 4weeks from your 8week test, although it's not yet conclusive but the possibility of test changing to post is almost zero
Please clarify your stating 6 and 8 weeks but you also indicated 10months of symbols.
Also what was your risk/exposure?
So is it quite likely the next one to come back positive
Sorry for so many questions
What about the fact doctors in the same site under doctors advice they claim a six week test conclusive? Is it just to give us "strength" to go for another one?
Do u know people who their tests came back positive after an eight week 4th gen test?
Thank u for ur help, much appreciated
No they are not. Early detection and a conclusive result are not the same.
Thank u sir, so they are not conlusive as other people advice?

POST TESTING DISCUSSION
The need for a repeat HIV test if still within the window period after a specific exposure should be discussed. Although fourth generation tests shorten the time from exposure to seroconversion a repeat test at three months is still recommended to definitively exclude HIV infection.
