HIV Transmission

I am a Gay male, I had unprotected sex,(only sexual encounter since than )
3 weeks later had a Rash( maculopapular) all over trunk of my body lasting 3 weeks... also than get got canker sores in both ears , one on mouth and a few on penis. Severe night sweats , loss apetite, nauseau, had a sore(small ulcer on upper arm)
98 days after I did HIV test,(all STD test) and full blood work test.
The results came back Highly reactive for Syphllis. HIV was NEGATIVE . This was 98 days after the encounter, no sexual encounters since than. I was treated with penicillian and all sores quickly vanished and went away. How can a Rash come before the cankers? No doctor i have seen can answer this question. The Docotors said it was 98 days after and the HIV test and was negative so you should be fine and the syphllis has been treated as well. I am very very concerned that i need to take another HIV test. Could syphllis cause all this and can you just have that on its own or should i be worried?  The doctors also said the cankers should go away on their own and they didnt and could understand why i had a rash first... Please help I am really worried...

The rash went away , it came 3 weeks after the encounter and lasted about three weeks and went away completely. All that i read and docotors explained was a maculopapular rash comes usually 3 weeks after an encounter and lasts up to three weeks. The doctor explained he didnt know why i had a rash before cankers and usually this rash (maculopapular all over trunk) indicated HIV exposure. He also said Syphllis and HIV usually get together.

See a dermatologist if you are concerned. Your rash has nothing to do with HIV.

But  why i did i have the maculopapular rash first and mutltiple cankers that did not go away on their own until i got penicillian and also the extreme night sweats, nauseau . The symptoms should be cankers first than the maculopapular rash.. But i had the rash exactly 3 weeks than came all the cankers, thank you becuae i am so worried..

No you don't need another HIV test. You are conclusively negative.
