HIV and Non Hodgkin Lymphoma

Hi all. Thanks for the great work you do here, you help a lot of people going through difficult times. I hope you can help me too.

I have a new diagnosis of Non Hodgkin Lymphoma. I've been having night sweats of varying intensity and a constant cough both for the last 3+ months, along with minor weight loss (now 75kg was 80kg) and fatigue. Classic NHL B symptoms.  My doctor says the cough is due to the Lymphoma being in my chest causing an irritation as my lungs and airways are completely healthy. Here are my CBC's (2 days old):

CRP:69 mg/L ( < 6 ) H
Haemoglobin:99 g/L ( 130 - 175 ) L
RBC:4.55 x 10e12/L ( 4.30 - 6.00 )
Hct:0.35 ( 0.40 - 0.52 ) L
MCV:76 fL ( 80 - 99 ) L
MCH:22 pg ( 27 - 33 ) L
Platelets:501 x 10e9/L ( 150 - 400 ) H
WBC:10.1 x 10e9/L ( 4.0 - 11.0 )
Neutrophils:6.8 x 10e9/L ( 1.9 - 7.5 )
Lymphocytes:1.6 x 10e9/L ( 1.0 - 4.0 )
Monocytes:1.6 x 10e9/L ( 0.2 - 1.0 ) H

My white blood cells are normal, but my C-Reactive Proteins are sky high and it seems I'm anemic. I do not have an HIV positive diagnosis, my last blood draw test was Sept 2016, which was negative.

OK, so here's the problem. In January 2017, so 13 months ago, I had a broken condom incident with a sex worker in South East Asia. I was drunk and stupid and she told me she was STI free so I didn't get PEP. 3 weeks later I had 9 days of headaches, aching legs, stiff neck, tender lymph nodes (no swelling) and loss of apetite. She later confirmed she was HIV positive and not on medication. I don't have any ill feeling for her, it was my stupidity that got me there.

Here's the big question please. Is NHL seen this early in an HIV positive person (13 months)? Is NHL seen in an HIV positive person with these kinds of CBC results (i.e.: normal WBC)? I thought NHL was late stage when CD4's are very low. Is this correct or can NHL come on very early with normal CBC? I'm worried but wonder about the timeline being so short. Apart from NHL I'm healthy.

To answer to the obvious question, I have not tested for HIV for over a year because a) there is no confidential testing in my country, it's a notifiable disease and the result goes on my government health record without exception and b) I have significant issues with depression and a positive result would send me in to total dysfunction and take me somewhere I don't want to go (if you understand me, I do not have a reason to keep circling the drain). I will test, I just need to be in a better place mentally and geographically to do it.

Please help. Thank you very much.

Unfortunately, there's absolutely no way for us to determine the likelihood that you have HIV from the test results you posted.  The ONLY way to diagnose HIV, or even take a guess, is through testing.
