HIV anxiety:symptoms of HIV?

I am a male, and during the past 4 months, I had protected sex with 7 female sexworkers during this span. It started on 1/6/08 and my last encounter being 4/13/08. I went in for a HIV rapid test on 4/28/08 and the result came out negative. Ever since my last encounter, I realized the risk I have posed to myself, and I have been having anxiety attacks. My face and arms feel as if it has been sunburned, but no fever; this started before my rapid HIV test. I have been unable to sleep at night, and searching the internet for HIV symptoms has been no help at all, I just feel it adds more to my stress and anxiety. Although my HIV test came out negative, I feel like the right side of my neck is swollen and stiff and the lower left side of my back feels like there is a lump. This lump feeling in my back started 2 days, and when I ate lunch that day, I could not eat much and felt nausous. The "lumpy" feeling felt worse and bigger and it made me feel as if I was full all day. I have no appetite and can't eat much. I went to see a doctor yesterday, and he felt my neck and back to look  for symmetry and he said it felt fine. I explained to him of my behavior, and he recommend I see a therapist. Today, I have a sharp pain in my lower left abdomen, just left of my belly button and the right side of my neck still feels stiff and I feel slight pain under my right jaw. I have been chain smoking excessively the past 2 weeks due to the fear of catching HIV, and haven't slept much. Even with the negative test results, it did not calm my fear due to the of window period between possible HIV exposure and a HIV test. The stress and anxiety I have gone through is not helping me function, and what are my risk of being infected? I am planning to take another rapid HIV test at 6 weeks from my last encounter. Could anxiety/stress and smoking or could it be HIV that is the trigger of the "lumpy" feeling I have been experiencing in my abdomen and my neck? I fear it could be swollen lymph nodes and spleen. Also, regarding the "sunburn" feeling, is it a HIV symptom? I feel frustrated that my doctor did not do a physical to be certain and he recommended me to see a therapist. How good is my test results in terms of window period the test can detect infection? Thank you.
