HIV by touching over panty? HELP!

Hi, 3 months ago I met a casual online contact. I'm a 20 year old guy, I didn't have sex, neither oral sex nor any mouth to mouth kissing with that casual contact. I touched her around and while touching her thighs, i went higher up and touched her vagina over her panty for about 10 secs. I didn't touch her vagina directly, only over her panty. Her panty felt dry and there were no visible cuts on my fingers. However, my palms had some rough skin due to my gym workout sessions. I've heard rumors that the female contact may be HIV+ and I'm getting too worried on this, not slept for 3 weeks now.
1) Am i at risk of HIV from the above mentioned actions?
2) If her panty was wet with some vaginal secretions and there were slight unseen cuts on my fingers, am I at any risk?
3) If I touched her vaginal secretions over her panty, then 5-10 mins later, if I touch my pimple on my face or my eyes, am I at any risk?
4) Do I need any HIV testing?
I would be so thankful if you guys can answer me, I'm so worried about this. Thank you.

I'm sorry but i'm really paranoid over this issue and my risk, i just wanted more feedbacks. I've not been able to sleep over this, hopefully I'll be fine.
