HIV by using infected towel

I am 32 male. Two weeks back, I had a oral sex(she did BJ) without condom and then had sex in vagina with condom. After that she cleaned her vagina with a wet towel and I used the same towel to clean my pennis. I afraid, I would have infected HIV by that way. I am planning to do an in-home rapid HIV test (OraQuick saliva test) next week. Please give your opinion.
