28 Day Duo Test

I made a really stupid mistake on a business trip.  I had unprotected oral sex with a sex worker.  She gave me oral (blow job) and I also gave her oral (mouth to rear).

First question I have had a sore throat, stiffness in the neck, low grade fever and sinus problems...this started at about 4 days after the incident.  I went to my doctor she said I had a sinus infection and put me on an antibiotic.
Could this be HIV if it occurred in under a week?

Second I have read about a Duo test at 28 days if I get this will the antibiotic I am taking have any impact on the reliability of the test?

Third question is most important if the 28 day test is negative would you consider that a green light to be with my girlfriend again or would you recommend waiting 3 or 6 months?

The other obvious conclusion is all of my symptoms are from the stress I have put myself under worrying about it...which I fully understand is a possibility.

Thanks in advance for your response

Doesn't matter if you had an ulcer or not. Saliva contains over a dozen different enzymes and proteins that inhibits HIV transmission

Teak thanks but I did have an ulcer and I have read that may be an issue...I think I will get the test at 28 days just to be sure...again if I hurt this girl because of my stupidity I would not be able to live with myself she has three small children and the Dad is not in the picture

You said oral sex, I'm sorry. You didn't have a risk and don't need testing.
