HIV confusions and HIV test

If I have some symptoms after the exposure and assume that these symptoms are caused by HIV, theoretically I must get a positive result in a HIV antigen/antibody test.so If the result is negative does it means that these symptoms are not caused by HIV

It seems that you didn't have any exposure to hiv, since you didn't mention it.

sex intercourse with a female sex worker(wearing a condom). 11days after , my left cervical and right subaxillary lymph nodes were enlarged and disappeared 7days later. During these seven days, I often felt nausea and vomited once. I had the ag/ab hiv test in the 13th day and the result is negative. I had also being extremely tired during the 16 day after the exposure(only last for one day)
You can't get hiv when you use a condom. The condom didn't fail, otherwise it would have ripped wide open down the seam.
There was no exposure, so it is time to accept that and move on.
Thank you
