HIV fear

Hello,

I had a risk which I am really worried  and anxious about and thinking of paying for a PCR test on day 10 post exposure. I feel slightly ridiculous coughing up 250£ for the test for this incident but my anxiety has taken the better of me away with it.

I had frottage with a man where I was wearing my underwear and he was in his boxers. I was on the fourth day of my menstrual cycle. There was no condom involved. We both were sober. He is not circumcised. He was pushing himself in me to get a feeling of penetration. Now I am worried about the following:

1) Could a penetration or dipping occur with two layers of underwear in between. If so, is this is a risk?
2) I would have known if penetration occurred right? I have started to imagine that somehow my piece of clothing and his piece of clothing got out of the way and he dipped in  me
3) Lets say  that our underwears did slide aside and his tip of penis did touch my vaginal opening, assuming there was menstrual blood, assuming I had some std such as active herpes sores  and he had some std such as active herpes sores and warts, could this be a risk for HIV?

I did orgasm in the end with all the rubbing but there was nothing on my underwear when I touched it except for some slight wetness and menstrual blood. I now have pain in my vagina and lower abdominal pains which is scaring me further.
Should I use the money to see a psychiatrist instead? I do not know what I should be worried about. Feeling frustrated

There was no kissing or any other sexual activity involved.

Could you answer me point by point so that I am sure nothing was missed out please?

Worried Vera
